Yeah, I get that as well. Having to rethink things to make sure I know what I believe. But overall I enjoy it. Not something I will get far into, but if someone makes me watch it, I won't turn them down.
I do love 9. His character is amazing.
Part of why I want to watch it is because I absorb accents. And the longer I watch it the longer it takes for the accent to wear off.

I think the show changed in series 7, either that or I changed, since I don't watch much of it any more, but then that's probably because PBS isn't showing it anymore either. For some reason I felt the Capaldi Doctor (Do we call him 12th or 13th?) was creepy.
