(......I'm suddenly and sharply reminded of that Last Battle musical I was writing almost 10 years ago. I still remember fractions of a couple of the songs, and somewhere I have two notebooks with notes and sketches and lyrics from it.)

@Ariel: Ah yeah that's probably because the artist role submissions ended a couple of weeks ago. The writers have started claiming art pieces now, which is probably why those are the most recent announcements.

@Lily: I had a rather socially tiring Sunday too. I'm glad yours wasn't too bad!

A friend gave me the first book in the Murderbot series because she said the main character reminded her of me, so I'm looking forward to reading that.

Oh sorry I haven't been in here in a while. Ariel, I'm doing the Tolkien Reverse Summer Bang event this year for the first (and maybe the last, depending on if I ever get back into mainline social media after I take a hiatus this summer) time.

I've been drawing some stuff for Tolkien fandom events, Lily, and there are a couple of commissions I need to get to work on as well. It's a bit annoying because my creativity levels have been kind of low for a few months.

I've been doing alright. Getting a bit of drawing done now and then.
