How do I post graphics without using Photobucket or something like that? Do my pictures have to be available online?

If somebody has an idea for a Narnia comic that they weren't planning on making themselves, I <------ This offer still

Yup, they have to be online. Some of us who don't have Photobucket or something like that (me included) use tinypic.com (not affiliated with TLC and all that).
