Re: Needlework and craft-work
Just wanted to report that the bookmark Ariel made for me is currently very happily living on my copy of "The Mouse and the Motorcycle." (I think it will be much easier not to misplace than my other bookmarks are... I'm good at misplacing bookmarks but this one should do a good job at staying with a book and not hiding somewhere else )
They might not need me but; they might.

A smile as small as mine might be
Precisely their necessity.

If somebody has an idea for a Narnia comic that they weren't planning on making themselves, I <------ This offer still
would be so grateful if they would send it to me in a PM. I am running appallingly low on ideas...! <-- stands.

Thanks!! I forgot to add that Toothless' wingspan is almost, but not quite, two feet. And he's, I wanna say, 15 inches from nose to the tip of his tail.

No wonder why he takes so much room and has to stand crooked.

Re: Needlework and craft-work
So in a sudden burst of creativity, I started putting together some scraps...
I think I have enough of the ditsy flowered blue print and definitely enough of the striped one for a full quilt, but not so sure about the solids; I'll have to get creative. I really would like some of that yellow in solid as well, but all my yellow fabrics are much duller... It'll be a long-term project, no doubt, but right now it makes me happy to use up some of the fabrics that have been lying around for ages, and they're such happy colours!
