Court Room in Narnia

Imagine if there was a court room in Narnia. How does jurisdiction works in the world of Narnia? We can share some ideas on cases, including both canon and fanfics.

Let's say that Tirian had to testify in court for the murder of two Calormenes. Perhaps, he would have to testify before Parliament. And what could happen to him if he was found guilty?
