I took a prompt-per-day Narnia fanfic challenge for the month of February (I didn't manage to post everyday, but I did do more than I feared I might), and everything I wrote for that is posted as separate chapters under the title “In the Way That They Should Go”. Because I didn't know what the prompts would be and I wanted a better title than “Prompt Challenge 2021” or something, I chose a theme, and the summary runs like this:
"We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future." (Franklin D. Roosevelt) / A series of unrelated short stories that glimpse into the formative years of characters both beloved and heretofore unknown.

Because these are unrelated stories cobbled together into a single "fic", I'm putting up a table of contents (of sorts) with brief summaries. A few months ago, I participated again in a daily prompt challenge, but this one only ran for a week. Similar to the "In the Way They Should Go" anthology, "By Their Fruits" likewise follows a central theme. The umbrella summary runs thus: "Fruit is always the miraculous, the created; it is never the result of willing, but always a growth."
