my younger brother says that he watched the first episode of the old Star Trek with Captain Kirk and that he didn't really like it. Is that the one you mean Hobbit? Ariel as I said I've got no idea where to watch Scarlet and the Black.

Yeah I assume so, the original trilogy with Spock and Kirk (not the New Generation arc with Picard and Data and stuff).

I really like the chosen as well! It's great that you can watch it for free on their app or online. Looking forward to season 2.

Other things I've been watching include Mandalorian, Kim Possible and agents of shield.

Oh and today I'm looking forward to seeing the play of the Great Divorce that is streaming online.

Yesterday I watched Guardian's of the Galaxy. Funny. I also am waiting for the second season of the Chosen. They are planning to release it around Easter 2021

Oh cool! I'm something like 5 seasons behind on Agents of Shield. It's on Disney plus now so I'm giving it a rewatch from the beginning. It's a bit hit or miss for me, but so far enough to keep me going.

Did you notice anything new, rewatching Narnia this time?

@KoN I'm planning on seeing the $3 show of Guardians of the Galaxy at my local theatre tomorrow :) Easter sounds like a great time for season 2 of the Chosen! though we clearly won't be to the Easter part of the story for several years.

@Swan: Let me know when you finish season five. Maybe we could do six and seven together!

Anything new in the Narnias, hmm....

Maybe not “new” so much as a question I’m reminded of: how did Miraz know to ask about Susan’s horn? Even if Glozelle reported the blowing of a horn while chasing Caspian, what connection would that have to Susan’s horn specifically? Unless he only asked because Cornelius left evidence (ie: the illustration) lying around? But why would he assume, even with that, that Caspian’s horn was indeed Susan’s? Or why would it have to be Caspian that blew the horn that Glozelle heard (since Miraz asked, “And what does Caspian know of this ‘superstition’?”)?

Oh! Speaking of Susan’s horn, there is something new: in VDT, it’s in Caspian’s cabin. Aside from the fact that it should have been with Trumpkin at Cair Paravel, why didn’t anyone blow it during the Sea Serpent battle?

If there was anything else, it’s not coming to mind at the moment.

Maybe the horn was a replica?

It wouldn't make much sense since Lucy's cordial was clearly not a replica...

Replicas are not very useful. I bought a replica of Rhindon, but it is only for show. Apparently if it is swung the blade could break off the hilt.

lol, probably not a replica. They were clearly trying to shoehorn as much LWW as they could into that cabin, ‘cause the murals include the hunt for the White Stag and Mr Tumnus.
(I have a Rhindon replica too! And yeah, gotta be careful with it.)

I can’t believe I forgot two other thoughts that came to mind about the Walden VDT. But those threads are now up under movie discussion, so check ‘em out there.
