I'm not sure which is worse. My heart nearly broke watching the episode tonight.....

I can't believe there are only two episodes left! I'm going to be sad when it's over.

So, last night's episode was something else!
I've been expecting Thomas to do something drastic for some time now (anyone else think Carson was being a bit too pushy, even for him?) and I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. Glad he's fine, though.
That was quite cruel of Mary - I know Edith will end up happy at the end (she has to after everything!), but it was still unkind.
Finally Tom had something to say! I've missed what his character used to be and since coming back he hasn't played much of a purpose, so I was glad to see him speak his mind for once this season.

So, it's all over now... but it ended on a very high note, I must say!

Yeah, the finale was great! I loved this show ever since it started.

(I feel like people who are already in this thread know this, but I just feel like I should note for anyone else who stumbles on this thread unknowing. Downton Abbey is not family-friendly. Please use caution and/or discuss with parents before watching.)

I am hoping to see it though, potentially.
