Did loads of good cooking today, saw a friend for a quick visit over coffee, finished my starkitty painting, and started gathering references for my next painting. I feel like I've had a good day.

I have Lots of Recipes planned for this week!

Also I am working on a colored pencil drawing of a friendly acquaintance's wolf dog character for an art trade. I think it's coming out pretty well so far.

Does anybody else have any creative projects live they're feeling pleased with?

Well, I recently did an “island cake” inspired by Deathwater Island. And I did 20 prompts of a fic-a-day challenge last month (though I’m decidedly not proud of one of them).

Been feeling kind of emotionally wobbly for a mixture of brainweird and circumstantial reasons. But I am really glad to be doing lots of drawing, and also have a tonne of library books to read. ^_^
