I've basically decided I need to get my own self sorted out, and just hang in there until I get a chance to talk to them again. Brainstorm what would improve the situation, but don't count on it. In the end, I am the only part of this I can control.

I love being up late at night. The quiet, the sense of freedom and privacy. The only bit I don't like is the chance of crashing the next day!

Got a significant gift from a relative, and as a consequence I might be able to hang out with a penpal soon, among other things.

Finished a friend gift last night, now it's back to prepping art for my art fair booth in September! ^_^ It's not a huge event but I am still really hyped, it will only be my third in-person sale. And besides having a deadline makes a great reason to get some work in I would procrastinate otherwise.
