Now that it's post Secret Santa and many are boasting new sets I figured it would be time to start this one up again.
You rate the person's Avatar, Signature and Location on a ten point scale. Comments are appreciated. Be nice, if you give a low rating, that's totally fine, it's just nice to include some constructive criticism. We all have to grow in our design.
