For those confused about ranks, here's a little something Kristi made a while back to clear things up:

This is true Lilly. We shall have to rectify this somehow. Hmm.

Also there may be a few other inaccuracies here/things that have changed slightly in recent times. But it gives a pretty accurate breakdown on the whole.
