Greetings, Trufflehunter! I'm Ariel, a Christian adult-on-the-younger-side who likes to masquerade around here as a knight. I'm a moderator in the writing threads and a co-contributor to both the writing contest and the YouTube channel.
Narnia is my first fandom, followed by several others (notably Middle-earth, and How to Train Your Dragon). I didn't grow up with Narnia, but summer of 2005 was when a friend practically forced me to borrow her audio drama CDs and... well, the rest is history. ;) I find that, upon every reading, I learn/notice/discover something that I didn't catch the last time(s). HHB became my favourite when Aslan's "I was the lion" speech hit me smack in the heart; LB just recently rocketed up to the #2 position when I cried at Tumnus' description of "the further up and further in you go, the bigger it gets".
The only other Lewis works I've read so far are The Space Trilogy, The Screwtape Letters, Til We Have Faces, and Mere Christianity and I enjoyed them all.
I love to read, write, play with videos, mess with graphics, and occasionally pretend to draw. :)

Hello Trufflehunter!!!

Welcome to TLC! This is definitely the place to talk about Narnia!

I'm always, or Anne as some like to call me. My sister is Shi. I'm a Christian Homeschool graduate and am a reporter on this site. I love Lewis and Tolkien and am an aspiring writer.

Welcome again!!!

Welcome, Trufflehunter! :) I hope you enjoy TLC!

I'm Islie. I'm studying in between being at college; I've been taking a lot of classes so I haven't been around as much lately as I sometimes have! but I wanted to say hi even if I might not be around much for a while. ;)

It's nice to meet you! :)
They might not need me but; they might.
I'll let my Head be just in sight;
A smile as small as mine might be
Precisely their necessity.

Hi Trufflehunter!
I'm narniagirl11, though most folks round here call me Engee or Arna. Whichever you prefer. I'm a Christian homeschooler like so many here. I enjoy reading, writing, drama, puppets, sewing, playing piano and flute, and I have many other hobbies as well!
Welcome to TLC and I hope you see you around soon!

Wow! What a wonderfully warm welcome! (Of course, that’s how Narnians are!) I don’t know how (or if you can) to reply to individual messages- I’m not very good with technology- so I’ll try here to reply to everybody!
Thank you all for introducing yourselves, I’ll probably take some time to remember names and things!

Jaygee: I’m a LOTR fan too. What are TH and BOFA? Are they books too?
Narniac101: My favourite CS Lewis book changes with my mood, but currently it’s The Silver Chair or The Horse and His Boy. I also really like The Great Divorce. I love animals, especially cats, of which I have two.
Alexandanor: You love food- just enjoying it or do you cook too? I love the ‘sig’ –how do I attach it to my posts? (I’m so clueless!)
Hobbit_of_Narnia: I love a good timeline of dates too!
Tenethia: I did read the Great Divorce, I really liked it, it made me think. Also, huge thanks for the poem –what a lovely thought!
Shiofnarnia: Green is my favourite too. What do you photograph?
Elanorelle: Any name is fine by me! I’ve read quite a lot of Lewis. I really enjoyed Surprised by Joy. I grew up in a house of Tolkien fanatics so I love that world too.
Cor: Yes you can call me Truffle! I love love love Doctor Who! Green is my favourite.
Ariel.of.Narnia: I agree, there is something new to love on each read- I’m pretty old now compared to all you folks and it carries on, I promise you!
Always narnian: What do you write about?
The Happy Islander: What are you studying in college?
Quill Jill: I’ve been trying to learn to sew- next time I do I’ll have to ask you for advice!

Hm... what I'm studying is a good question. I've finished up my general education classes and am trying to figure out what in the world I am studying. :)

I just like food in general, but I do try to cook it, too.
And about the sig, you have to go under "User Control Panel", and then click on "Profile", and along the side, you will see "Edit Signature". Click the "Img" button, then paste this URL:
