an old friend I see
would sooner goose me
than to friendly be.

Oh, darling, that poem was simply marvelous! I say, what is that monkey doing? Oh, look at him! Isn't he positively hilarious?

The morning birds do sing and dance,
but I’d sleep longer, had I the chance.

Maya the marshmallow lived with her brothers and sisters in a bag. Every now and then, some of her siblings left the bag and never returned. Her greatest fear was being left alone in the bag. However, she soon found herself being taken out of the bag and dropped into a warm mug. She swam in the hot brown liquid and melted into the liquid with a contented sigh.
