| First British Editions |

$$$$ |
Why are these extreme collectibles? First British editions of the Narnia books are highly sought after by collectors and can bring hundreds of dollars apiece, or several thousand as a set. The American editions, published by Macmillan, are also rare and valuable, though less so than the British ones. LWW, PC, VDT, SC, and HHB were published by Geoffrey Bles, and MN and LB were published by Bodley Head. |
| Voyage to Narnia Kit |

Rare |
$$ |
  Why is this an extreme collectible? This kit is not supposed to exist. Following a copyright infringement (The author quoted two lines of a letter C.S. Lewis wrote to her without gaining permission from the Estate.) all copies were destroyed. Any existing copies were purchased prior to this. The real highlights of the kit are the two gorgeous posters included with it, one a map of Narnia (different from the Baynes Map) and the other a poster of Aslan that reads "He is Not a Tame Lion." |

| The Narnia Cookbook |

|
$$$ |
Why is this an extreme collectible? Although published fairly recently, the demand for this charming little book seems to have exceeded the number printed. It features lovely full-color illustrations by Pauline Baynes, and was written by C.S. Lewis' stepson, Douglas Gresham. Since its release, the book has gone from selling new in bookstores for about $25 to selling for $100-$300 on Amazon Marketplace and eBay. |
| Narnia Solo Games |
Out of Print |
|
$ |
Why are these extreme collectibles? Although actually not that expensive, these little books can be a bit hard to find. They are role-playing books based on Narnia, but composed of their own Narnian adventures. Some of the choices you will make in the books are painfully obvious (Do you leave Jimmy to rot in the dungeon, or do you help him out?), but you might find the tales interesting as an expansion to the Narnia Universe. Collectors should note that the books are available individually or in a slipcased set of the first four. Five total were published. They were titled "Return of the White Witch," "Return to Deathwater," "The Sorceress and the Book of Spells," "The Lost Crowns of Cair Paravel" and "Leap of the Lion." Two more books, "The Magician's Rings" and "Keeper of the Dreamstone" were planned but never released. |
| Peter's Sword and the White Witch's Wand Full Scale Replicas |
|

$$$ |
 Why are these extreme collectibles? These wonderful reproductions from Master Replicas capture the magic of the 2005 film and are exquisitely detailed. Besides, Master Replicas says that Peter's Sword is the only replica they've made that could theoretically beat their Force FX Lightsaber in a duel. ;) |
| Narnia Board Games
|

|
$$ |
Why are these extreme collectibles? These three board games are fairly difficult to find. There is one for "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," one for "Prince Caspian" and one for "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader." The "Prince Caspian" and "Voyage" games are somewhat harder to find than the first. |
| 1993 Narnia Wall Calendar by Pauline Baynes |
Out of Print | |
$$ |
Why? There are many Narnia calendars available, from artists such as Michael Hague and Mary Collier, but on the whole, the 1993 calendar featuring full-color paintings by original Narnia illustrator Pauline Baynes is the one that best captures the heart, the imagination, and the soul of Narnia. Note that the calendar comes in its own stiff envelope with a black and white Baynes illustration. |
| British Narnia Stamp |
Out of Print |
|
$ |
Why is this an extreme collectible? This little stamp shows a delightfully colorful image of Aslan, Lucy and Mr. Tumnus. Collectors might also enjoy the other four stamps in the series, which feature Alice in Wonderland, The Hobbit, The Borrowers, and The Phoenix and the Carpet. Postcard-sized reproductions of all these stamps are also available, but finding them can be a trick. |

??? Why is this an extreme collectable? Who wouldn't want to own a piece of Narnia filmmaking history? Watch for official props from the film to come up for sale online. Hey, they did it for Lord of the Rings. |
Please note that the above is only one set of recommended items for Narnia lovers, and that we had a terrible time choosing. There are many other pieces of Narnia merchandise which are well worth investigating.
