Wow, that's a lot of snow! I'm assuming you mean that all that snow came in a very short amount of time?

28 inches
12 inches = 1 foot
16 inches
12 inches = 2 feet
4 inches.

Less than a meter, but richer than most winters in Malmö region. There it is usually up to half a foot. Usually, not always.
