Gunny-sack race. I've tried both many times. VERY fun and entertaining? Ever tried a shovel race? Get a big wide shovel, have a little kid sit on it, and you pull them. Then race someone else in the same set up.

Your arms start to hurt after a while.

We'll go with movie. "On TV" assumes anything from talk shows to entertainment shows to the weather.
