Dawn Treader Potato Boats

Dress up your dinner as the iconic Dawn Treader with this video tutorial!

Below are the ingredients and measurements that appear in the video. Feel free to make adjustments to your liking.
3 potatoes
6 1/4-inch slices cheese (makes 3 bows and sterns; double the cheese if you want more bows and sterns)
3 tbsp butter D
2 tbsp cream cheese
3 slices bacon, crumbled chives, chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
Red cabbage leaf
Dry spaghetti noodles

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Use a fork to poke holes in potatoes. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake 1 hour or until fork-tender. Cool potatoes for 15 minutes.
Slice 1/4-inch slices of cheese and carve dragon heads and tails. Grate the scraps.
Set oven to 350 F.
Halve potatoes and hollow, leaving a border all around; set flesh in a mixing bowl.
Add butter, cream cheese, and grated cheese; stir till melted. Add bacon, chives, and sour cream; stir till smooth.
Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cut red cabbage leaf into 2 1/2-inch squares. With a fork, poke holes into the top and bottom of the squares. Thread skewers or dry spaghetti noodles through the holes.
Assemble and enjoy!
