Even with such simple materials, I don’t have the skill to produce something like that. It looks nicer than craft foam! 😀

You have totally made it not look like craft foam. I thought at first that you had sculpted it out of clay. It has great precision.

That's because I used my Cricut to do the cutting. You don't have to, but it sure helps. Thanks Hermit.

Gonna post a tutorial soon on how to make Tumnus' house key.

Yes! (Also thin wood and other things you might not think of) I used the deep cut blade. I feel like it could do better if I adjusted the settings. As it was it cut partway through and then was easy enough to tear away the rest. Lots of possibilities!

A thing I did last year... based on Shining Armor from My Little Pony. Overview full-length on the left, details of circlet, neck armor, and personal insignia before it was attached to my rig on the right. The bouquet is meant to roughly be in his wife's colors.

I went to a medieval faire a couple weekends ago, and did so with a dedicated costume this time (as opposed to my usual cobble-things-together-from-my-closet outfits). The colour of the overdress is close enough to Lucy's camp dress, and I jumped on the chance to purchase it. While the dress is purchased, I'd ripped out the original embroidery and spent hours mimicking the embroidery on Lucy's dress. With the help of a friend and a pattern from Etsy, I sewed the underdress from a thrifted bedsheet (very rough, as this is the first thing I've sewed, but most of that roughness is hidden under the overdress). The dagger is a mini replica of Peter's sword, but the cordial and its pouch were made by me.
