Esprit those pictures are beautiful! I love how they were drawn.
Jaygee that picture is so sweet; it's wonderful that he can be adopted now!
Engee those are absolutely lovely! The colours are very nice in each costume (I wouldn't mind having a dress or two by those designs 😉 ).
Thank you, all! 😀
@Ela Tenny wants some, too. 🙂
Thanks, y'all!
I'm taking a medieval art history class and our assignment last week was to make a homemade book and decorate the cover however we wished. I based mine off of the leather-bound Barnes and Nobel Collector's Edition of the Chronicles. I haven't finished the back cover, and I want to burn the edges of the paper inside. This is the front cover. I'll add more pictures when I finish. 🙂
That's neat Engee! Good job!
Oh that's beautiful Engee and I can't wait to see the rest! 😀
Ah-ooh! So cool!
Thank you!! 😀
Very nice, Engee!
I never thought of making a book cover like that before, Engee-- that's really cool! And those dresses-- Sew one and I will buy it. 😛
Thank you, everyone!!
@Esprit I'm pretty convinced that I should start my own business making fantasy dresses. 😀
If nothing else, TLCers will give you business. 😀
Neat 🙂 I'm interested in knowing!
The white stands for purity, the blue for truth, the silver for peace, the green for hope, joy. and loyalty, the purple for justice, and the red for strength. The bow in the middle is a "lover's knot," a knot that an unmarried woman would put on her coat of arms. The fern at the top is a reference to my last name (which I will not disclose.) Then all the other things are references to my heritage: the harp for Ireland, the St. George's Cross for England (duh), and the eagle for Poland/Germany (my main ancestry.) The banner at the bottom says "Eine zukunft und sine hoffnung," which is German for "A future and a hope." I hope you like my little lesson in heraldry. 😀
