We were at a friend's house and there was a show playing on their TV near the end of which the teenage protagonist was shining his flashlight into the face of a giant electric eel to attract its attention. I started laughing because it reminded me so much of VODT. MLIN

I made a comment on a Studio C video on YouTube in which I mentioned The Hobbit and VDT. I have received two replies from a fellow fan of both who likes that I've read the Narnia books (she told me that she hates it when people say that they're fans when they haven't read the books) and that her favourite books are SC and LB. 😀 MLIN

Met with a Moldovan father and son last night, and the son said Lewis was his favorite author. MLIN

Yesterday, Aygee and I were playing in the car on my iPod, and she kept typing sweet, so I went into shortcuts and made sweet autocorrect into "By the Lion!" She died laughing.

It was literally Rhindon. O.O Craaaaazy! Hobbi and I couldn't believe our eyes when we first saw it. Hobbi kept saying, "Pinch me to make sure this is real!" 😆

As we're watching LOTR, Alex and I keep looking at each other an laughing because there are so many things in the movie that remind us of Narnia. The Ents, the ford in FOTR (and the chase leading up to it!), a good deal of the battle action, the occasional Orc that looks like a goblin or hag from Narnia... MLIN
Also, when Denethor runs off the cliff in Gondor I shouted, "The bolt of Tash falls from above!!" MLIN

I literally screamed when the vocabulary curriculum I have used the Chronicles of Narnia as an example of the word "chronicles". MLIN
