(Ooh, which one?)
I started to play a jousting game on my phone. My knight's name is Wolfsbane, I'm waiting for the lion emblem to unlock so I can make a Narnian banner/crest, and I've unlocked a dappled grey horse (which, if I upgrade to it, will be named Bree in my mind). MLIN
Saw a stuffed toy lion at a convenience store. Thought of Aslan, of course.
Saw a street sign that said "Beaver". Thought of the beavers.
When I was little, I used to accidentally call Nebraska "Narnia".
I managed to misread a zigzag line as "Mr. Tumnus".
MLIN
Went to the pool yesterday and pretended I was jumping off of the Dawn Treader.
MLIN
Saw a dying fly on a windowsill. MLIN
Misread "Lindenwood University" as "Underworld University". I wonder what the courses would be in Underworld University..."How to Defeat Witches", "Fireworks", "Snake Control", "Kinds of Gems", and whatnot, probably. MLIN
Was playing an "Escape" computer game and ran into a wizard who mentioned reading his spell books. Thought of Coriakin. MLIN
I was on holiday and we were trying to find our way out of a shopping centre. I pointed in the right direction, but the others didn't listen and went the other way. I felt like Lucy saying that they should go up, not down, the gorge. MLIN
Set off a "firework" that let off a green mist. MLIN
Was reading a book where they mentioned Narnia books four or five times!
MLIN
Ooh! Which book, Cor?
I was on a holiday and came across a small wardrobe (yes, I did peek in, but, sadly, there was no Narnia) 🙁 MLIN
Was listening to "Now and For Always" and decided Sam sounded like Reepicheep. And then the other moment when I realized you could put the words to Reepicheep's dryad song into "In Dreams". What is it with Narnia and the LOTR songs? MLIN
Heard of a band called the High Kings. MLIN
Just ate chocolate-covered Turkish Delight.
MLIN
@lilliandil It was part of a series called the Pendericks. I think they mention Narnia at least once in each book.
Heard a song called "River". Thought of the PC river god. MLIN
The college I was at in Oxford had their Tercentenary Ball last weekend. Obviously I couldn't make it, but my best friend whom I met there had come to visit so we decided we'd have our own leg in SA. We asked one of our friends there what the theme was and were both excited and annoyed (annoyed because we couldn't be there) that it was "The Wood Between the Worlds". It did make having our own adventures easier though, 'cause we just pretended we were in different Worlds to the rest of them. MLIN.
Once a daughter of Eve. Now a daughter of the Second Adam.
Was playing a game called "Escape the Ice Castle". Thought of the White Witch. MLIN
Heard a song from the new Aladdin Broadway show that randomly had me imagining a Narnia music video to go with it.... MLIN
