All you need to do is come up with a question of a dilemma in which the next person needs to decide which of two situations they would prefer. They need to be either equally terrifying or equally exciting (or equally balanced in some other way) to make the decision difficult. To ask a question you must answer the one above by stating which of the two you'd choose. You can give reasons if you want but must always follow your answer with a new dilemma to keep the game going.
