Hello Narnians 😀
Way back for the Magician's Nephew Summer Challenge we had a poster contest to help promote the event. Our winner then, was the gem from Engee that I've included below.
It's a great way to both get your creative juices flowing (whatever that means) and to spread the word about the Summer Challenge. And we're really looking forward to seeing what you all come up with this time as well.
The poster must include the words "The Lion's Call" "The Lion the Witch and The Wardrobe" "Summer Challenge" "July 24 - Aug 2" (Not necessarily in that order)
deadline July 18 (one week from today.
Posters can be submitted in either typical poster format or in facebook cover photo format (828 x 315 pixels) or in both formats. Multiple submissions are permitted.
Submissions can be made as replies to this thread. Feel free to ask for any clarification you need.

It's not the most colorful poster and I didn't spend a lot of time with it, but I'm happy with the concept and someone needed to submit something first 🙂

I wasn't going to turn in a submission, but then others were turning in these really epic-looking things and I thought, "....you know what, why not."
Thiiiiiis took rather longer than it ought to have. The drawing itself didn't take too long, but then I had added the text at the top and was literally on the point of saving it when my computer overheated. Sooooooo I had to restart the laptop, reload the drawing, and do all the computer editing work over again. 😛
(Personally I thought it looked better in the original black and white, but the rest of the family preferred the colored version.)

Huzzah huzzah and thank you all for your entries. Your work and creativity is appreciated. I'm realizing now that I didn't specify our plan to have a winner in each format type, but I'm very happy to announce Hobbit and Tooky (Strong representation from the Shire here 😉 ) as our winners!
