We don't have lamb a lot... It's kind of expensive. But around Easter and Christmas there are promotions... (My mother used to say that is when they must slaughter the lambs in New Zeland which is quite far).

I'm practically on night shift on my internal clock right now. Which isn't too bad as long as I don't have much to do in the daytime.

@knightofnarnia Oh! A lot of my friends and one of my aunts have really enjoyed that series. (My Dad likes it ok but feels it sometimes takes too many creative liberties, but he tends to have really high standards for Bible adaptations.) Let me know what you think when you get it...
@lily-of-archenland I can comment on the first two of season 5 (or the first four seasons). The First four seasons are very good (just remember it's a tv series based on Bible not a Bible adaptation) I would say the first two of season 5 follow the same trend. They say it can make you cry but it takes a lot to make me cry so I wouldn't know... Careful if you have young brothers or sisters or young children around (my niece who was twelve years old when she watched the first episode of season had nigthmares because she was not used to those theams.)

I have been so out of the loop with my family since big sis and I moved out! We see eachother at least weekly still, but somehow I hadn't heard until last week that my mom is planning to retire from teaching after this semester?? I'm planning her a happy retirement tea party anyway... we'll be hosting at her place so there will be enough space for a few non-family guests, but I'm in charge of making refreshments. ^_^

@knightofnarnia Aw, thanks! ^_^ I'm reasonably good in the kitchen, just a little worried because I've been having a lot of weird tiredness lately, which effects my energy and attention span. When it gets close to time I may need to stagger prep over a couple days to be safe...
Star Trek Strange New Worlds has a release date. My dad will be happy I know he wanted to see it. July 17 if anyone is wondering.
