@Shield: They haven't said outright on the show, but Ela said that she saw it called that officially somewhere. Fans were suggesting the Hive since the mid-season finale.
As for Civil War, Stark is for government involvement now because of the Ultron incident. If he'd been supervised, put in check, he wouldn't have indirectly put the world in danger like that.
ANOTHER MARVEL SPINOFF YESSSS. I am so down for this.

There is a supertrailer someone edited that works in some of agents of shield and I think maybe clips of other shows with the movies to show the lead up Captain America: Civil War, it made more sense for me?
@Lil: Yes, that supercut totally ties it all together! Unfortunately at least three swears in the video itself, but a good, tight video. Like I wasn't hyped enough? lol
Watched the first two eps of the first season of AoS because I've never watched them... 🙄 They all look so young!! And it's all so light. I can see why people think it's slow, but I personally like it, but that's probably because I know the stakes are raised and all that later on and I love the characters.

*cheers!*
(I loved everybody from the beginning, but even at the beginning several of the episodes seemed pretty dark to me, and it made me sad to read reviews of people saying it was too slow and other negative things in the beginning episodes because it was perfect for me. I loved Sky from the beginning.
I really enjoyed the first season of AoS because it was rather lighthearted and kinda goofy. I mean, I'm enjoying it a lot now because everything if woven together so well, but I liked watching a show that wasn't terribly serious (like the first few seasons of Doctor Who).
Heh-heh, I'm one of the nay-sayers of the first season. Not because it was slow. Not because I didn't like the characters (I didn't like the show at the time, but stayed because of the characters, so...). But because the overall story structure wasn't there (it felt very here, there, everywhere) and that episodes, to me, were pretty "meh" for the most part. After Cap 2 took out SHIELD proper, AoS seemed to finally find a real direction, in my opinion.
Been binge-watching because I wanted to relax and I'm at the ep where SHIELD knows they've been infiltrated. I'm just now realizing I did not watch nearly as much as I thought because there are only a few episodes I can remember (probably around four to five). 🙄 I am really enjoying every character moment because it makes me appreciate just how far they have all come since then. I will agree that the stories aren't nearly as well-woven together as they are now, but I like each episode as an individual with over-arching themes and ideas through the season. I think, because I know how things happen later on, I like the season more than I would if I'd have watched it before the other seasons (which is likely the reason I didn't get into it until after SHIELD was infiltrated).
@Ela: do you have linkage? I have a guess, what with the trailer, but haven't read anything about it.
Meanwhile, there are a handful of Doctor Strange pics. I have no intention of seeing it, but Benedict Cumberbatch does look rather good in the beard and red cape.
My dad clicked someones onto the trailer of Doctor Strange while he was on facebook (a surprise to me.) and I was curious so I peered over his shoulder.
Apparently, he started out doing stuff to try to save people? I didn't see the first, first few seconds, but It was interesting, but pretty tripy, like parts of it were a giant kaleidoscope. It seemed kinda far out/timey-wimey. Also I saw Tilda Swinton in it (I think? It sounded like her voice.) But she's bald, and it was super-weird.
Not planning on watching it, but wow it's was really alot of differant stuff compacted into the trailer.
Agreed on the assessment of Doctor Strange. I'm glad the trailer doesn't appeal to me because I don't want to see it unless I can be assured that it won't have the heavy dark-magic-type elements to it that I assume it will. And yes, that is Jadis -- I mean, Tilda Swinton. 😛

I don't know that it will have dark magic? (I think the dark matter in Agent Carter has something to do with D S ?) but I'd expect it to be Faaaar Out. I'm imagining some-sort of eastern philosophy, possibly New Age-y. But I couldn't say. Visually the trailer was amazing, but the feel it gave me ( the taglines in the trailer and the dialogue) a weird feeling. Weird is the best description I can come up for it. Maybe they're be some time travel too. But a Marvel superfan would know more than I probably.
Has anyone seen the clips Marvels been putting out for Cap:Civil War? A friend of mine is a big BuckyNat Shipper and there's this line in one of the clips that looks like we might see BuckyNat possibly? or at least a referance.
Well, by "dark-magic-type", I meant more of the mystical sort of magic. Like... Disney's Princess and the Frog as opposed to, say, Cinderella. Cumberbatch has said something about how he's bee influenced by his time with monks and I think also something about how that will (or did) come into play with the role somehow.

Mmm good point.
*takes this opportunity to fangirl all over again at Lil's clip that included Panther* Also, I thought promo art showed Carter on Cap's side, but that clip says otherwise....
