I've seen the teaser trailer, it's pretty awesome!

They are planning books and a game and a tv serie all for November. Then the realse of Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker in December. That is going to be an importante end of year for Star Wars fans.

20 years ago Phantom Menace came out. I remember my dad renting it from the movie rental (still had that at the time). It was the first Star Wars I ever watched. I was thrilled 😀 . At the time I watched it there was no episode II or III. And it would be at least a year before I would watch the orginal trilogy. 😯 I remember sitting for Star Wars IV and thinking "If it is half as good I'll be satisfied." Then concluding this is better.

I remember I was a little kid and I loved Padme and I wanted to be her.

Anyone other than me planning to see the Mandelorian?

I saw the first two chapters of the Mandalorian and they're great. Fun and good.

Eh, it's not available where I live, unless I download it through shady means... So far, everything I get from it are Baby Yoda memes. Is it really as good as the number of said memes lets me think?

I went into it unsure. I never cared about Boba Fett, bounty hunters, Westerns, or the Mandalorian culture we've seen depicted in Rebels. (I haven't seen enough Clone Wars. I know there's an important Mandalorian arc there.) Still, I was gonna watch it because it was Star Wars. Was simply acceptable for the first forty minutes. The last two minutes of the episode, and they had my attention. I showed it to a couple friends the other day with the same result. 😀

First episode kristi right? I just finished the fifth. But I understand tanker and other can't watch it where they are.

Alright major spoilers for Star Wars IX ahead

First off they brought back Harrison Ford as Han Solo (even though he was just a memory). How great is that? Secondly a lot less of Rose. A secret that Finn couldn't tell Rey (I bet it was I love you). And finally the Rey Skywalker line (though not the way I would have liked) Nevertheless in my opinion its the best of the new trilogie.

I really liked Rise of Skywalker too! 🙂 Finally saw it on last Friday.

The only thing that disappointed me was that they never followed up on the Finn and Rey thing they set up. There was a lot in it that was cheesy and over the top, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I like the force healing stuff, and the bit where all those ships turned up made me tear up a little because of how Dunkirk it was.

I just watched the last Episode of Star Wars Resistance recently. I know it's a show geared for younger audiences, but it grew on me. Even though the first several episodes of the first season had me painfully face-palming Kaz's actions, now Kaz has actually grown. A great ending though I wish there was more.
