Ugh, yeah, please. No weird storms. I hate tornadoes....
It's in the 100s and will be like that for the next two weeks. -.- We moved up north for the cooler weather! (not really, but it would have been nice if temps were in the normal range for this area... in the 70s-80s). *sigh* Not fun.
It's been 30 degrees for the past few days. It's nice, but it's kinda hard to do stuff when doing anything outside and/or not in a basement somewhere is physically challenging.
We've just been having lots of storms. I like it when we actually have sunshine, though. 🙂 It's crazy to hear about crazy hot weather other folks are having and we've had some decent hot summery days, but also some chilly days, and LOTS of rain and wind and whatnot... The garden's pretty happy for the most part, but I'm nervous about some of the plants drowning.... The chances of flooding has decreased, but still plenty of potential for wind damage. (Which, I mean, isn't that uncommon around here when it comes to severe weather; but the weather's definitely not following normal patterns, so far as I've been able to tell.....)
Anyway... 🙂
They might not need me but; they might.

Precisely their necessity.

It's been hot where I'm at too. If it keeps up, they'll actually be announcing an official heat wave warning.
All the dams near us are at "official flood stage" or something like that. (I only heard the second half of the report on the radio.) So that's always interesting.
@hobbit: 😕 That doesn't sound good.
And it's randomly supposed to be cooler this week, which is nice. Kind of a sudden change, though....
The winds are howling as they move through the trees, there's thunder overhead, and the rain is POURING. I love it.
There was a huge clap of thunder at 4am that actually managed to wake me. We got some rain, but I don't think there was much.
And here, the sun is shining brightly, despite the weathermen's predictions of thunderstorms for most of today.
Send me the thunderstorms! We need them!
On vacation, we hit at least 30 degrees every day - most days were 35 or higher.
On the other hand, it hailed back home. Luckily we weren't hit and our garden is still intact.
Heat index here: 112 degrees, Fahrenheit.
It was hot here last week, but it's cooled down (thankfully!) now. But we are in need of rain still. There are a ton of wildfires going on. Thankfully, none near me (except for a bad condo fire last week 🙁 ), but it was hazy in my locality for a couple days last week because of it.
Weather was all over the place today. It was sunny in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon, cleared up, was overcast, poured rain, then became clear. I guess it couldn't make up its mind.
*sends some extra rain to Ariel*
