It's getting chilly here, too. Fortunately most of the farmers have their crops in by now.
It just started snowing here π Unfortunately it's probably going to melt tomorrow.
Yesterday started off gorgeous. Sun shining, comfortable temperature, and then it got really cloudy and windy in the afternoon.
It was pretty cold today, and I was outside by a lake from late this morning to late-ish this evening, so the wind off the water was uncomfortably cool. Thankfully I had a jacket and a cloak. It's the first time since this spring that I've worn gloves because my hands were cold.
It's smokey in and around where I live, especially where I attend uni.
It's cold here.
I think I need to bust out the fingerless gloves again. Mom hasn't turned on the furnace yet, she refuses to do so until November.
Well, it is soon November.
Cold. I'm not complaining. I like the cold. π
Where I'm at, the evenings are warmer than the mornings. I'm wearing a coat in the morning, and then going out in a t-shirt after the sun sets. That feels unusual.
And here in Paris some sunny weather yesterday and today!
It's snowing! *happy dance* It'll melt, but I drove in it for fifteen minutes and stuff looks sugar-coated outside. π
Americas don't have the Gulf Stream heat (except Mexico and Caribbean has of course)?
Snow that will melt comes around 24 December in MalmΓΆ. 55Β° 35β² 00β³ N 13Β° 02β² 00β³ E according to French wiki. Snow that will stay comes about 6 January.
No Gulf Stream heat where I'm at. π We've had snow stay before November in the past, but it all depends on temperatures and the rest of the week is guaranteed to melt what we got last night.
