Aha! Freezing rain that has yet to freeze! But if it freezes overnight.......... it might make PERFECT sledding.

Sledding is great 🙂 I haven't been able to do it this year. Not like we have any hills, anyway :/

Nooooope. No more sledding. The snow is gone with the rain, and the flooding has begun. Which is awesome, because I LOVE flooding.

Soooo it's been really rainy in my city lately! Annnd I live in the middle of a desert, so that's kind of weird. 😯 It's really weird to go out driving and see all the palm trees and cacti standing in a puddle of water. 🙄 And I traveled four hours away from my city into the mountains and it snowed there! 😯 That's the fifth time I've ever seen snow in my life. 😕

It was insanely foggy here yesterday morning. Not fun for driving in. But the upshot is that with the below-freezing temperature, it made for a thick coat of frost on the trees.

The Surface of the Sun (where I live) has been experiencing chilly mornings and comfortably warm afternoons. You need a sweater til 8, and then it's warm enough to wear short sleeves.

It snowed a little today. Almost magical-like: clumpy snow swirling around for much longer than usual in the wind. And not enough to decrease visibility by even a little bit.

There was some snow right before my friend's wedding and then a good bit more the day after. Came back home to find it colder here than there (I'd expected the opposite); and now it's snowing here too.

Recently it's been really warm here (considering it's February)

... it's 80 degrees ... And, unfortunately, that is normal for this time of year. 🙄

Thank you, Hobbit!
