Getting into some beautiful Spring-like weather! Hurrah!

Yesterday is was super windy and snowing. Now the sun is out and the sky is clear. Welp.

Raining. Thunder. I hope this weather comes back tomorrow evening for our Good Friday service...and I hope it doesn't come back on Easter!

The snow melted three days ago. And then yesterday and today, it snowed!! I was very happy. And then it melted a good deal both afternoons....

It's been nice the past few days without all that nasty heat, just warm with a nice breeze.

Weather has been lovely of late. A little bit chilly, but not too cold, nor hot. And we got in our first badminton game of the season yesterday! 🙂

Heeheehee...... no hurricanes were predicted for this year, according to what my mom said. That means we'll probably get one. 😛

Well, I don't know how many of you have heard, but we had a massive wedge tornado touch down in my area last night. It was scary. The weather was warm and humid as we left our house. We were going to meet friends for dinner and see the movie "Beyond the Mask." We drove right through the area that the tornado hit the hardest. We had dinner in a town about 20 miles from where the tornado hit. We were watching the radar on a cell phone after dinner, and kept checking it throughout the movie. The tornado hit hardest while we were in the movie theater around 7:00. The storm was thankfully over by the time we left the movie, but the high winds continued. It was difficult to get home, because we live on the other side of the tornado's path. We had to go way around because so many roads were closed due to debris and fallen electricity lines. Several semi-trucks were tipped over in the ditches of the highway. All across the horizon you could see flashing police lights. Most of them were surrounding a little town that was nearly obliterated. Our homeschool group was cancelled today due to people being unable to get there or wanting to help their neighbors clean up. Keep everyone who was affected in your prayers, please!

Rain. Rain. Rain, rain, rain, rain. Have I mentioned that it's rained every day in the last week? Our yard is like a swamp, and our driveway (made of dirt and rocks) is almost gone. Yuck.

Hear hear!! 'cept our driveway is still here.... 😛 Concrete. *saw a double rainbow last night*

It's cooled down here a fair bit. Not unexpected, but perhaps a little sudden.

Well it actually dared to snow this week, but now it is warming up again. It's not very warm but it isn't cold anymore so I am enjoying it very much.
