Sorry, I have no idea what that character is. Best I can do is tell you that it's too long for the Hebrew letter that represents "i".

It looks a whole lot like the Korean G/K. But I doubt that's what you meant...

I just looked it up and it looks like ¬ is called a 'Not Sign' and can be used as the equivalent of ~ to mean negation within 'symbolic logic' .

It snowed all day here! I'm real happy about it. Then I almost ran into the back-end of a truck on a back road and fought against a slippery patch. That was fun.
