Got my head in a mix of games and books right now. Will be returning to art project Saturday.

I've basically decided I need to get my own self sorted out, and just hang in there until I get a chance to talk to them again. Brainstorm what would improve the situation, but don't count on it. In the end, I am the only part of this I can control.
I love being up late at night. The quiet, the sense of freedom and privacy. The only bit I don't like is the chance of crashing the next day!
Got a significant gift from a relative, and as a consequence I might be able to hang out with a penpal soon, among other things. 🙂

Finished a friend gift last night, now it's back to prepping art for my art fair booth in September! ^_^ It's not a huge event but I am still really hyped, it will only be my third in-person sale. And besides having a deadline makes a great reason to get some work in I would procrastinate otherwise. 😉

Did loads of good cooking today, saw a friend for a quick visit over coffee, finished my starkitty painting, and started gathering references for my next painting. I feel like I've had a good day.
I have Lots of Recipes planned for this week!
Also I am working on a colored pencil drawing of a friendly acquaintance's wolf dog character for an art trade. I think it's coming out pretty well so far.
