Saw "Knives Out" last week. Some strong language, some annoying side messages, but aside from that it was a fun watch.
It sounds like it’d be something I’d enjoy if it weren’t for the language issues.
Watched an adaptation of Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None. It was really well done except for a couple adult scenes and some language.
anyone watched Star Trek Picard?
He does all things well.
@knightofnarnia: No; what is it?
I finally watched Star Wars (only the original trilogy and the prequels yet though) and I have a lot of questions--about what is canon and what is no-- which everyone has been giving different answers to. So I only count as half a fan here because I'm too confused to form an overall opinion.
Recently got around to finally watching Risen. Pretty decent, though I liked the first half better than the second. They played it too safe with Jesus, Peter had a fit of temper that seems rather OOC for post-Resurrection Peter, and the embracing of a Gentile seemed out of place, given that Jesus’ personal ministry rarely crossed paths with Gentiles and that Peter was reluctant to meet with Cornelius in events that would have taken place after the movie. There were a couple other things too, but anyway. It was decent. (Note that it is rated for violence and verbal hints of adult content, but I think both were done rather tastefully.)
hobbit if you don't know what Star Trek Picard is then you can look it up. (there should be synopsis several places on the internet) as for Star Wars I'm a rather big fan but there are inconsistencies between the prequels and the originals. If you want their is a Star Wars spoiler page on this website where we could talk more about it.

@hobbit: Star Trek: Picard is a new Star Trek show. That’s the extent of my knowledge. 🙂
@knightofnarnia: Ahhh, okay. I assumed that when I looked up Picard I would just get results from the TNG series.
I watched the new Lion King (2019). I'm not sure what to think of it. It made me really excited because it would be awesome if Narnia could be animated like this. The scenery was made to look perfect and apparently the computer animators had made a virtual environment that the camera operators could "explore" to find the best locations "film in." The animals had reserved expressions, though, and I think I still like the hand-animated version better because of this.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you really knew Me, you would know My Father as well." - John 14:6-7a
Saw, "The Chosen" which I found excellent though not for younger audiences. It is a series about Jesus seen through the eyes of his apostles and followers (Peter, Andrew, Marie Magdalene and Nicodemus to name a few)
He does all things well.
Manged to see an hour and a half of an old film. The Scarlet and the Black. A cardinal who hides prisoners of war from an German officer during WWII. It is a great film (saw it before the end is excellent but its slow in parts)
He does all things well.
Ooh, that sounds interesting!
which one sounds interesting Ariel? The Chosen you can find on youtube. I'm not sure where to watch The Scarlet and the Black. My parents had a video tape of it. (Its that old). Saw some Indiana Jones. Pretty good.

The Scarlet and the Black caught my attention. 🙂
My dad has been introducing Alex and me to the old Star Trek and I'm loving it so far. 😆
