Right now I'm reading Passages by Paul McCusker. I'm almost done with the first book. From the first page the story just really grabbed me and I was so pulled into the story that it didn't even feel like I was reading. It felt like a movie and the characters are believable. The plot is very good. It's a lot like Narnia so that adds to my enjoyment. 😀

Passages! Ariel and I, at least, love those books!

Wow, and here I thought I replied to this! Must have closed the tab by accident and then forgotten?

Anyway, yes, as Jaygee said, we love Passages! I don't remember how much she likes 'em (probably a lot, lol), but they're my #2 favourite fiction series after Narnia. Darien's Rise is my favourite of the six (my order of favourites is thus: 1, 4, 5, 6, 3, 2). 😀 The friend that got me into Passages is the same one that got me into Narnia a couple years prior. The two of us joked that they (but mostly the Narnia one) are her greatest mistakes in life (of course, not true, but I drove her nuts with my love for both... but mainly Narnia 😀 ).

They're one of my favorites, but probably my... um... 4th or 5th. Still, I love them! My order of favorites is 3, 1, 4, 5, 6, 2.

😀 Awesome!! I know that Tenny and Gypsy also like them. They told me about the audio book of Darien's Rise which I'm getting from the library in a few days! Squee! 😀

The dramatization is pretty good too. 🙂 There' a "sampler" one called "Fletcher's Rebellion", if you're interested. It's only one disc long (as opposed to Darien's Rise's... five?).

So I was reading the second book in the Wingfeather Saga that Tenny wants everyone to read. But I've gotten sidetracked. First, Aygee's mom loaned me Before You Meet Prince Charming by Sarah Mally. I read it in about 3-4 hours. Then, I got The Lost Prince of Samavia by Frances Hodgeson Burnett. It was pretty good, but the plot was predictable. Now, I'm going back to North! Or Be Eaten! Maybe I can finish it this time. 😉

I'm reading the Wingfeather Saga as well, and I'm also on book two! 🙂 I actually haven't picked it up in a while. I really should do something about that.
Jaygee, I've heard about Before You Meet Prince Charming. Is it good?

Tenny wants everyone! to read the Wingfeather Saga. It is so amazing 😀 and it's really great that you two are reading it. 😀
Jilly! Read! 😀

Book Two really is much harder to read, isn't it? Poor Tink and Janner. I struggled through that one and almost quit reading the series cuz it played so much with my emotions.

And...... I finished North! Or Be Eaten! That was fast, I know. 😉

Minor spoiler alert!
I thought a certain king was rather foolish throughout the whole thing. Anybody agree?
