I like "Phyllis" and "I left my new torch in Narnia" and Aslan's roar and the credit songs which is probably why the ending leaves me feeling pretty good.
@Ariel: Exactly. Maybe they forgot...? Or else neither of them were ever interested in romance during their previous time in Narnia. Lucy would've been 23 and Edmund 24 when they left (bookverse).
I'd forgotten there was this other credit song. "This is Home" is definitely the best one. I had it memorized before I even saw the movie.

"This is Home" is the best of the Narnia credit songs (even though it fits LB way better). But... the credits version is not the same as what's on the soundtrack for some... dumb... reason.
I'm pretty sure Lewis said Lucy had suitors. She may not have been interested, but she would have known what having suitors was like. Besides, she would have had some understanding based on what was happening with Susan.

I was listening to a podcast with Disney animators and they stated that if they use a famous song in a Disney movie, they try to re-record it with the artists to avoid paying ASCAP fees for the original song in the movie. But I think they were intentionally changing the lyrics too here.

But... they had a whole music video with Switchfoot... with the good lyrics. And the good lyrics are on the official soundtrack.
