You might be addicted to TLC if you see an ad on TV for homes in The Village Green community and can only think of TLC. 😛
A couple days ago, dictionary.com's word of the day (not affiliated with TLC) was "moppet". Thought of Tenny.
Also thought of Tenny when I hear Owl City's "Dementia" because she once jokingly diagnosed me with dementia. 😆
"Su, that's my nose."
Should be all I have to say. 😉
"Su, that's my nose."
Should be all I have to say. 😉
Every single time I read HHB. xD
And, of course, who could forget, "It's not just the rations, Nikabrick. The Dwarfs are born short."? 😛
3. You may be addicted to TLC if you refer to yourself as your TLC name even when not on TLC.
Even if hansgeorg = Hans-Georg which you find in my passport?
It's a fav name on any forum. If I had taken "Shasta" here, what should I do on a Tolkien forum with that name or a general forum with that name? Or for that matter a Goth Forum (I've been on two, and tried to convert some, both Prots and Atheists to Catholicism)?
6. You think of Kristi when you paint your nails dark blue and decal a six-point star on one of them (true story!).
Did I get it right, Kristi made a six point star on a nail painted dark blue?
Hmmmm ... wait, six point star, as in "nogen David" as used by Zionists?
8. You see a hedgehog and immediately think of Ajnos.
9. If every time you see a giraffe, you start jumping up and down and shouting "Islie!" and then start taking pictures for her. 😛
If that is all it takes to be addicted ... could it be sth like having read their blogs somewhere outside the forum?
Hedgepickle anyone?
Some people seem to confuse "addicted" and "familiar".
@hansgeorg: This thread is not a particularly serious one. It's just kind of a place where we mention how much we love TLC and its community, whether or not we're "addicted" as per the dictionary's definition. It may manifest in ways varying from catching up on other threads multiple times in a day to being reminded of something or someone here when we encounter things from the outside.
Oh, sorry!
Once I had a sense of humour, it seems sad conditions with daily irritations in Paris have kind of destroyed it, momentarily at least.
That's alright. 🙂
I was playing a game of Scrabble and found that I had almost the exact letters to spell "Benisse" (I had two N's instead of two S's).
Ya might be a tad bit addicted to TLC if, when you try to type "Mia" on your iPod, it autocorrects to "Nia."
Ahhhh! I relate to some of these..... Lol. I am not addicted, but I am Quite familiar.
