The group began in the 80's and became popular contemporary pop Christian artists along with Carman, dcTalk, Petra, and such. I don't think they ever became unpopular (considering that they're still around and have over a dozen albums), but I know that I got interested once Michael Tait (formerly of dcTalk) joined the band as lead singer. Their songs fueled the films "God's Not Dead" and "Do You Believe?"

We killed a tarantula and a scorpion too. Four venemous creatures.
Tarantulas don't bother me and I don't think we have scorpions here, thankfully. *looks up common pests and comes across the Hobo spider* I've killed three of those within close range! *faints*
