Hm, I hadn't thought of the Ninjas (and therefore the Samurais) as being a college team. Or... hmm.... It could also tie in to your fic verse, theoretically. *tries to type out an explanation for what she's thinking about but fails* If I don't remember to, remind me in a pm to tell you. 🙂

Does anyone have any idea what Honey Lemon's lab bag says next to the coloured squares and the white-outlined squares? It's driving me crazy trying to figure it out! >.<

Chem-bag, purse, whatever it's called. 😛

**EDIT**

This is what I'm talking about...

Those coloured boxes on the side and the white-outlined boxes with the elements (I'm sure what I typed up next to them isn't correct).

Go-o-o-o-ot it. I currently have no idea. I'll let you know if I find out. 🙂

Okay, thanks. 🙂 I've been looking all over for screencaps and such, no luck yet.

*EDIT*
I was able to figure out three of the white-outlined boxes: Solid, Liquid, Gas but that's about it. The coloured boxes have me stumped. I'm thinking they might be the element groups but some of them are not grouped by colour correctly.

Last night, I made Baymax thank-you cards for a kid's birthday. I'll post pictures once I put them onto my computer. 😀

Can't wait to see those!! 😀

I just read that Stan Lee said something about a BH6 sequel!! Can't take it too seriously, though, since he isn't an authority when it comes to Disney animation. Still, Idina Menzel's comment about a Frozen sequel did turn out to be true... hmm.

*grins*

Ooh! True, Stan Lee isn't Disney, but he is Marvel, so that may still have weight all the same. Here's hoping Disney doesn't flub up the sequel if it's true.
*looks up the news* Hmm... he shoehorned it into the middle of the MCU movies, so that seems promising. And whoa, BH6 was the highest grossing movie of 2014?! Then how come I'm not seeing more products based on it?!

I'm hoping the same! If it isn't a direct-to-dvd type movie we might have a chance at seeing a good sequel!
BH6 is also the third highest grossing Disney animations, after Lion King and, of course, Frozen. I too am very surprised at the lack of merchandise: I would think Disney would be all over it but alas! we don't get very much. (Even at Disneyland there wasn't but one shelf of BH6 stuff (which were all non-huggable type items), besides the adorable Baymax balloons I saw floating everywhere.)
(BTW, I like your set. :P)

Just in case it hasn't already been guessed by some, I'm going as Honey Lemon. ^.^ My suit is almost done, I just need the belt. I decided to forgo the helmet because the party is so soon and there is so much more left to do. Decorating, cleaning, game planning, and figuring out how I'm going to host it alongside my sister.

@Elanor: Disney is usually pretty good at capitalizing on their stuff. I mean, for cryin' out loud, they have Frozen Fever dolls /and/ posters! Sure, okay, popular princess dolls sell more than action figures, but come on! (Okay, rant over.) I would keep a Baymax balloon long after it deflated, not gonna lie... and obviously think of things like, "WE JUMPED OUT A WINDOW!!" 😆
(Hee, thanks! 😉 )

And I don't have pictures of this incomplete suit why?! 😉 Too bad about the helmet: I was curious to see how you'd do that. But then, there's the benefit of freedom.

Meanwhile, on my end of the interwebs....
I'm going to make a second attempt at cake decorating in the next two days. I'm going to attempt (hopefully with success! *nervous grin*) to make a Baymax cake for the kid I made the thank-you cards for.
Also, I helped said kiddo assemble a make-shift Honey Lemon outfit based on her yellow get-up. (And I doubt anyone else is going to dress up for this party, but I'm not passing up this chance to go in my make-shift Tadashi ensemble.)
Mm, yes, and my present for the birthday girl is wrapped in such a way that it'll go with her outfit: I saw purse-shaped gift bags at a dollar store and bought one. Unfortunately, no yellow, so I had to settle with orange. Hope you don't mind, Elanor, but I printed out your heart to tape to the side of the bag. 🙂
I'm really nervous about this cake as I want to shape it some and it'll be my first time working with fondant, so... I'll be doing a practice cake on a smaller scale first.... Oh yeah, and I don't know if I'll manage it, but I want to make a sort of cover for the cake (for the sake of being mysterious mostly, lol) that I hope to paint or use construction paper to decorate as Baymax's storage compartment. 😀

@Ariel: I know, right! I wish I could actually find stuff, I've only seen tie-in books. I was going to get a balloon but at the time I saw the vendor we'd only been there a few hours and I didn't want to take it everywhere, so when it got later I couldn't find it again!! I should have got it when I had the chance. 😛

It's all finished now. 😀 I'll have pictures up by Saturday night or Sunday morning. I am going to make the helmet later on because I don't want to have an incomplete costume, you know? I was pretty upset about not having it, but it'll be best because it's going to get warm. I'll have a headband, though, painted in the style of her helmet.

So, is it a BH6 party? That's pretty awesome if it is. 😀 (*Passes her Tadashi cap through the screen*)
I don't mind in the least. Actually, if you'd like, I could PM you a bigger heart.
That will look amazing!! I'm sure you'll be able to pull it off.

@Elanor: Aw, bummer! So sorry.

Hurrah!! Can't wait to see! I'm glad you'll be making the helmet later. And good thinking with the headband!

Well... I don't think birthday girl understands what a "themed party" means, but she wants BH6 elements at any rate. 🙂 (Ooh, thanks! *puts it on*)
No worries, I just blew it up to the size I needed no prob. 🙂
Let's hope so! I did the practice cake tonight (finished about 20 minutes ago) and have learned a couple things that will hopefully mean that the real-deal cake will turn out better (stuff like "use more frosting before the fondant to help smooth out bumps" and "carve down elements (especially his belly) more smoothly so it doesn't look ridged" and "use that unsalted butter instead of margarine for the mock cream so it has a less buttery taste"). But it looks decent for a practice run, I think. I texted a couple pictures to a coworker and she said she thought it turned out cute. 😀 (Oh and the site that I got the cake recipe from? Wow, she wasn't kidding when she said it was moist! Plant your hand on one of those and it comes off with a sticky feeling.)
As for the cake cover, I discovered that I didn't have anywhere near enough red construction paper, so I'll be buying some paint tomorrow (paint will be easier, I think), but I've drawn out Baymax's storage compartment and trimmed down the sides of the cover so it sits closer to my makeshift cakeboard. 🙂

@Ariel: I've never before made a costume, and to start with one that's pretty elaborate (the purse especially), was tough but so worth it! I'm happy with how it came out even if I will be missing the helmet. I actually still have the patterns I made, so I might share those later on. 🙂

Hehe. No younger kids I know have even watched it or even know what it is (maybe they have now but I wouldn't be too sure). 😛
Okey dokey.

Ah, yes. Cake decorating is complicated stuff. Eria has made so many cakes, most from scratch, so I kinda know how the process goes. I would NEVER be able to do that, nor would I want to (so many things I wouldn't be able to deal with). Sounds like everything is going well so far: I hope the final cake and cover turn out super cute!! 😀
