I am trying and not following on how to play. The rules were not clear to me, and I cannot follow by reading threads. And, by the way, I am seeing ads for the first time on this forum in this thread. I do not know if this matters.

People say duck until someone says goose. The person who said goose tells the person who posted right before them to do something like talk in rhyme, change their signature or avatar to something they specify, talk like a character, or end their posts with a certain phrase. (There are other things, too, but those are the most common.) The set avatars can last up to 3 days, and the others can last up to 3 posts. If you're still confused, I can try to explain it more clearly.

And about the ads, that's odd. I don't know how one would go about fixing that, so you could PM a moderator or something. They might know what to do. 😛

Ah, the eagles, those wonderful eagles. They're so convenient for getting out of scrapes. My magical character's name is even Aigle, which means "eagle" in some language, I don't remember which.

Duck who just accidentally combined the Arkenstone and the phial of Galadriel. I also sort of mixed the ringwraiths and barrow-wights. And then I have an octopus-thing guarding the entrance to a cave...all in two chapters! And all done accidentally. 😕
