Rough and scaly, crack-seamed skin;
Fangs that peek from massive jaws;
Beady eyes, death lies within;
Webbing stretched between black claws.
Looking like a mud-streaked log,
Bringer of an evil fate,
Lurking in the dreary bog,
A crocodile lies in wait.
