Jill had the unnerving realization today that 90% of the characters in my drawings have cowlicks...let me think for like zero seconds as to why that is... *glares at my own untameable hair* I guess I've got to start working at putting more variety in my characters.

😆 Jill hadn’t noticed.
But Jill did sketch three more Veggie Newsies last night. And found that Art Bigotti is somehow harder to draw than other Veggies for some reason and that I probably shouldn’t try to draw hats at interesting angles without proper references.

Puddleglum! Draw a hat with a vegetable as a decoration (i.e., in place of where a feather or ribbon would go). It's up to you to post it in here or not. 😉

@Ariel: Oh man, drawing hats is so hard. I rarely do them because of how tricky they are.

Jill found a band whose songs almost all work perfectly for various Tolkien characters. I now have an unholy number of drawing ideas...it would take me weeks to do them all. 😯

@nia: 😆 😆 😆 You are so not sorry at all! I’m not sure when I can get to it (I’m busily prepping a couple things for next week in my current free time), but I’ll make a reminder for myself to do it.

Jill is still trying to get used to the fact that my voice teacher knows the singer who did the voiceover for Jenny Lind (from The Greatest Showman) and also knows Liv Tyler and her dad...? 😯
