@Ariel: Heheh. Yeah. We took it to the computer doctor today and found out that the problem is probably the motherboard. So our best case scenario would be 5 days, not expensive and warranty-covered (the laptop is less than half a year old), and no data lost. Worst case would be a month or more, as pricey as a new laptop, and some data wiped. Sooooo...I've been praying all day that we end up with that better scenario, especially the data part. 😛

Jill has just received a detailed list of her duties as “go-fer” for her friend’s wedding this weekend. I love being able to help out my friend’s like this on their wedding days... wonder if I’ll ever get the chance to do it again. I’m running low on unmarried best friends, lol, and of the ones remaining, one is male (ie: I won’t be “go-fer” for him and his lady would naturally want one of her friends), another is online, and another is most certainly content to be single for the time being.
