As for the resignation letter (yes, I knew you were referring to that), ... actually, depends on your view of that too. I was conflicted (as mentioned in the prayer request thread), but the more I think of it, the more I want out. I don't feel qualified enough to be the person they need, even though, yes, I've learned a good deal in the past year and can still learn. But even apart from that, I haven't been able to do the things I'm actually interested in a whole lot in the past year, things I love and want to grow in, like writing and messing with Photoshop and videos, and even reading (though, actually, thanks to Ela, I've read more in the past six months that in the year before that, so...). And as this job isn't necessary income, I'm fine on that front with dropping it. Whether or not the board wants to go through the process of getting someone to replace me is another question (and I don't really know their answer on that, since I've only just sent this out). I might regret it later, but at this point, I'm more interested in getting this hot potato off my lap. 🙂
