I don't wear cloaks so I wouldn't know, but I do know wind isn't very good for hats. 😛

Oh dear. Any noises like that frighten our cats.

It's the worst for hats 😯 well, except maybe for rain in some cases, but still. 😛 My dad almost lost one of his fedoras off of a windy highway one time like that. 😕

Poor cats 😕 though I'm not so sure the dogs like it much either.

Wind is great for hair! My hair, anyway. And most of the time. Occasionally not so nice. Also *glares at Disney for giving false impression of what hair looks like in the wind*.
