You stared at numbers and accomplished what?
Last time I posted an essay for which I had stared on numbers, it was about C14 levels in atmosphere/recent dead organic bodies in a buildup explaining how on the one hand carbon dates match historic dates for last about 2500 years and on the other hand they do not match certain Biblical dates.
When I do an essay with numbers in, it tends to have an interesting topic (not sure my numbers aren't boring non-mathematicians, and I am not sure I will reread the tables even, but the text around has sth to say). Hope you have as good a reason - or feel less pain in staring at numbers!

@hansgeorg: when I was "staring at numbers", I was working my second job, which is being the treasurer for a non-profit. I'm playing catch-up with the bookkeeping side of it at the moment.
What is accomplished yesterday was at my first job, where we re-organized the office in what we have high hopes to be a very efficient manner.
