ahem, anyway.

i was watching PC with my mom, my friend josie, and her mom. at one point, one of the moms mentioned how cute they thought caspian was, and the other mom agreed wholeheartedly. josie said that he was her biggest crush all through her tween years, and throughout the rest of the movie all three of them were commenting on him. apparently noticing my silence on the topic, my mom turned to me and asked me if i thought he was cute. i told her i didn't really (y'know, 'cause he's caspy the fake and all that.) the three of them looked surprised and my mom said, "then who do you like?" (why do moms always talk about this?) i said, "edmund is really cute." she looked at me and said, "wait, who's he?" :facepalm: i told her i would point him out the next time he was onscreen. a little bit later, peter came onscreen, and my mom gave me this understanding nod and said, "oh, it's him, huh?" and i said, "nope." a few seconds later, edmund came onscreen and my mom looked mildly confused and said, "that guy?" and i said, "heck yes." and she looked at me kinda funny. i guess my mother and i do not have the same taste in men. 😆
