haha! this is it. this is one of the best reasons for playing mafia. One time, on the old forum game I played Mafia with the sweetest, most kind, suspicious people as my accomplices. The Mafia won.

2. Some people are suspicious just for fun. (like poor Tooky in the game long ago. We didn't take her because we knew she'd be suspicious enough to cover our trail) Of course then, there's being suspicious because people expect you're just doing that for fun and aren't really the mafia, but then you are the mafia, because in reality that would be too obvious. One never knows, because expecting the unexpected, makes the unexpected, expected. So hints from a player of the former game.
