Today is Best Friend Day! I heard it on the radio. So I had to wish Nia a happy Best Friend's Day. 😕 But I ended up having to message her mom on FB to get her back here which was terrifying. 😯

@Alex -- oh, nothing, other than everything went wrong and I ended up bursting into tears and crying into a coworker's shoulder as soon as my shift was done, and then got pulled aside by the team leader for a discussion about mean customers 😛 They were all very encouraging.
