What is that 'Other Place'?

Is it England?

Or do you think that refers to earth, not just England?

Does it mean America, too?

What gave anyone the impression I was from the Other Place?

Does anybody know? I certainly don't...

And what does the Other Place have to do with whether people like chocolate?
